About me
Communication is first and foremost about what comes across to the recipient. In my opinion, it is one of the most important tasks of a communication professional to be constantly aware of this. That's why I have internalised this credo and focus my work on always living up to it.
Critical, strategic thinking and open, honest communication with my clients are absolutely essential. You can rely on me to advise you on how best to place your desired core messages on the market.
You can also rely on me when it comes to detail; meeting delivery deadlines, a precise writing style, as well as an impeccable orthography are a matter of course for me.
My experiences
My name is Janina Ludwig and I am 31 years old. Before I decided to take the step into self-employment, I was able to gain experience in various positions in agencies and companies.
Most recently, I worked as PR and Marketing Manager for a Swiss company in the construction industry, where I was responsible for international press relations. Before that, I was head of the PR unit at a communications agency based in Stuttgart. After studying media sciences at the University of Konstanz, I gained insight into strategic social media management at an advertising agency in Canada.
In 2019, I took up my studies once again and completed a part-time Master's in Business Administration at the ZHAW in Winterthur. My master's thesis on "Customer Journey and Customer Experience in Business-to-Business" prompted me to take a very in-depth and scientific look at customer orientation – an indispensable aspect for the long-term competitiveness of any company these days. In this context, Customer Experience Management (CXM / CEM) are currently ever-present topics in science and practice. I would be happy to support you in this area with the development of suitable concepts.
